Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Who we are

TripleCloud ("we", "us") operates the website at triplecloud.tech, a marketing site for our LLM observability product. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, why, and the rights you have over it. For any data-protection question, contact us at privacy@triplecloud.tech.

Information we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. Specifically:

  • Waitlist details: when you join the waitlist you give us your email address and your explicit consent to be contacted. We also record that the consent was given.
  • Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may process limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser user-agent) in server logs to deliver the site securely.
  • Local preferences: your light/dark theme and language choices are stored locally in your browser. They never leave your device and are not personal data.
  • Privacy-friendly analytics: we use Pirsch to measure aggregate, anonymous usage such as page views, referrers, and country. It is cookie-free, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal data or fingerprint your device.

How we use your data

  • To operate the waitlist and let you know when access opens.
  • To send you the product updates you explicitly opted in to receive.
  • To respond to messages you send us.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Legal basis

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on your consent for waitlist sign-up and product communications, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site for limited technical data and privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights").

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors that help us run the site:

  • Linear — our issue tracker, where we manage inbound waitlist sign-ups as leads and follow up on the communications you consented to. Linear stores this data in its EU data region.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our hosting provider. The site runs on AWS Amplify Hosting in AWS’s EU (Frankfurt) region (eu-central-1), where any technical data in server logs is processed.
  • GitHub — when a page shows our open-source star count, our server fetches it from GitHub and caches the number. Your browser no longer contacts GitHub directly, so your IP address is not shared with GitHub for this.
  • Pirsch — our privacy-friendly analytics provider (Emvi Software GmbH), which measures aggregate site usage. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and processes data in the EU.

Where your data is processed

We keep your personal data in the European Union. Our hosting (AWS, Frankfurt), our issue tracker (Linear) and our analytics (Pirsch) all store and process it in the EU, so we do not transfer your personal data outside the EU. The only US-based service our servers contact is GitHub, to read our public open-source star count — it receives no personal data (see above).

Data retention

We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security and diagnostics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each message.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@triplecloud.tech. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have mishandled your data, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use cookies. The only data stored in your browser is your theme and language preferences, kept in local storage so the site remembers how you like it. Our analytics provider, Pirsch, is cookie-free too and stores nothing on your device.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
